The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will soon announce the WBJEE 2024 results at 2:30 pm today. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their results and download the scorecard through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
Although the results will be declared at 2:30 pm, the scorecard link will be activated at 4 pm. To check the scorecard, candidates must enter their registration number/roll number and password. The WBJEE exam took place on April 28, with exams held in two shifts each day — the first shift from 11 am to 1 pm and the second shift from 2 to 4 pm, each lasting two hours.
Steps to Check WBJEE Result 2024
- Visit the Official Website: Go to wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Access the Result Link: Click on the ‘result 2024’ link on the homepage.
- Enter Required Details: Fill in the necessary information.
- Submit Information: Click submit.
- Download Scorecard: Download and print the scorecard for future reference.
Last year, the results were declared on May 26 for exams held on April 30. Previously, the results were announced on June 17 for exams conducted on April 30.
Nearly one lakh candidates appeared for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations. These students competed for enrollment in BTech and BPharm courses at 328 exam centers, including three in the northeastern region of the country, according to a senior WBJEE official.
Candidates who meet the cut-off will be invited for counseling sessions. The board will soon notify the counseling dates. WBJEE serves as a common entrance examination for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering and technology, pharmacy, and architecture in universities, government colleges, and self-financed institutes in West Bengal.
