The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the NEET UG Admit Card 2024 as the exam approaches on May 5. Candidates have already received their city intimation slips. Once available, students can download the admit card from the official website at https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. To download it, candidates must have their application number, date of birth (DOB), and the security pin ready.
The NEET (UG) 2024 exam is scheduled to be held across 557 cities in India and 14 cities abroad on May 5, 2024, from 2 pm to 5:20 pm in pen and paper mode.
Data from the NTA reveals that a total of 23,81,833 students have registered for NEET UG 2024, including over 10 lakh male and more than 13 lakh female students. The exam covers undergraduate medical programs in 645 medical, 318 dental, 914 AYUSH, and 47 BGVSc and AH colleges across the country.
Here’s how to download the NEET UG Admit Card 2024:
- Visit the official NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
- Find the “NEET Admit Card 2024” download notification on the homepage.
- Click on the provided link to go to the login page.
- Enter your application number, date of birth, and the security pin (provided during registration).
- Click “Submit” after entering the required information.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download the admit card, usually in PDF format.
- Print a copy for future reference.

The NEET 2024 exam comprises 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a total score of 720 marks. Candidates have 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete the exam. Each correct answer earns +4 marks, while incorrect answers result in a penalty of -1 mark due to negative marking. However, no marks are deducted for unanswered questions.
