The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MP BOARD) is scheduled to unveil the results for class 10 and 12 on April 24 at 4 pm. Once disclosed, candidates can access their results on the official portals, namely mpbse.nic.in.
The MP Board conducted the class 10 board exams from February 5 to 28, while the class 12 exams were held from February 6 to March 20, 2024. These examinations were administered in the morning session, spanning from 9 am to 12 pm, utilizing traditional pen-and-paper format. Across the state, a network of 7,500 examination centers facilitated the smooth execution of these assessments.
To view their scorecards, candidates are advised to visit the “Examination Results” section on the MP Board’s website. Subsequently, they should select the result link corresponding to their respective classes (class 10 or class 12) and provide their roll number along with the roll code. Upon submission, the scorecard will be displayed on the screen for download.
In the preceding year, 2023, the MP Board observed a significant enhancement in the overall pass percentage for Class 10 exams, escalating to 63.29% from the previous 59.54% in 2022. Nancy Dubey and Suchita Pandey emerged as the top performers in these assessments. However, the Class 10 exams for the year 2021 were nullified due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with results determined through a blend of periodic assessments and internal evaluations.
Regarding the Class 12 exams in 2023, the overall pass percentage was registered at 55.28%. Notably, female candidates outshone their male counterparts, achieving a pass percentage of 58.75% compared to the boys’ 52.00%. The cumulative number of students appearing for the Class 12 exams amounted to 729,426, comprising 353,989 girls and 375,437 boys. Among the achievers, Molly Nema secured the highest marks in the MPBSE Class 12 exams, representing the Humanities stream.
